How long will it take to receive my order?
Most of the year we can ship in a couple days. That time can stretch as we get closer to Christmas, Father's Day and other gift giving holidays. Items will usually be recieved in 10 to 12 days.

How will my order be shipped?
theHoneyhive.com will ship your order via UPS Ground delivery service or US Postal Service Priority Mail (for orders shipped to P.O. boxes, APO addresses, Alaska and Hawaii):

On items being shipped via UPS, delivery usually arrives in two to four business days (Monday through Friday) Note: This does not include time to pull your item from the shelves, pack it and ship it. Please check the product detail pages for estimated time to go out

Do you ship to Canada?
Yes we do ship to Canada, if you have a problem placing your order to be shipped to Canada please call our toll free number and we can place the order for you. All Canadian orders will be shipped U.S. Postal, delivery time can range from 5 days to 10 days depending the flow of deliveries through customs.

What forms of payment are accepted for online purchases?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express credit cards as well as Paypal and Google checkout.

How can I check the status of an order online?
If you provide your email address when placing your order, we'll send you a shipping confirmation once your order has been shipped. Whether you placed your order over the Internet or by phone, you can check the status online after the order is placed. You will need to provide your order number. Click here for order status
